Weekly bookings.  A deposit is required when you make a booking and then the balance can be paid during your stay..  We highly recommend holiday insurance as we do not offer refunds or cancellation insurance. If the booking is cancelled by yourselves and we are able to re-let the studio we will refund any monies paid. 

The owners of Lynton Lodge Studios cannot be held responsible for any theft or personal injury. Keswick is an incredibly safe area, but we strongly advise that guests must keep accommodation and cars locked. 

We pride ourselves in our cleanliness, therefore if you wish to smoke on site we ask that you do so in a respectful manner outside the studio. In addition to this, we operate a zero tolerance policy in regard to guests bringing pets. 

Whilst staying in Lynton Lodge Studios we expect consideration to other guests and ourselves. When vacating your studio we would appreciate you leaving it clean and tidy as when you arrived. Failure to comply with this may result in additional charges.
